Background

This east southeast flowing stream enters the coast just south of Dover. The large estuary is a known place for Atlantic salmon escapees as well as bream. There are a few access points from the Huon Hwy Bridge upstream on the Esperance River Rd. There is a large population of resident brown trout with sea run trout occasionally captured.
