Background

This impoundment was created for domestic water supply. Fishing is only permitted for anglers with a disability and only from the two specifically designed platforms. To be eligible to fish here you need to be licenced and a member of the Tasmanian Transport Access Scheme. The IFS stock the dam infrequently with rainbow trout.
