Background

There are small pondages within the town of Waratah as well as two larger dams five km out of town to the east and south east. The larger dams are known as Bischoff and Waratah Reservoir. They are accessed from the town by road. All methods are permitted. Brown trout populations are naturally recruited in all of the dams.
