The winner of the Junior angler prize draw for March is Jarrod Double of Port Huon. The IFS have been drawing from the licence database a junior licenced angler for each month of the 2013/2014 angling season. Jarrod has been presented his prize of a spinning outfit and some other fishing accessories by IFS' Neil Morrow.
