Tasmanian Eel Exporters are currently commercial eel fishing at Brushy lagoon and asks the public to be aware of the marked locations of nets shown on signs at each of the boat ramps and stay away to avoid entanglement.

The nets will be set from Sunday evening 5 October to Friday 10 October

and

Sunday evening 12 October to Friday 17 October 2014
