Proposal to close access to the eastern side of Craigbourne Dam
Southern Midlands Council have advertised a public notice to consider a permanent closure of a section of Craigbourne Road that provides access to the eastern side of Craigbourne Dam.
This location is sheltered and provides easy access for shore based anglers and kayaks.
The Inland Fisheries Service encourages all anglers interested in maintaining access to the dam for recreation to write or email their objection, by 17 December, to:
