Hydro Tasmania will be conducting maintenance on the Mersey Forth power scheme from January to April 2022. In preparation, water levels in Lake Rowallan are currently being lowered. It is anticipated that the Lake Rowallan boat ramp may become unusable in late December or early January, and will remain out of service until inflows restore levels.

 Recreational boaters planning to visit Lake Rowallan are advised to monitor water levels via www.hydro.com.au/water/lake-levels and avoid using the ramp when water levels are at or below or 11m below full supply (476.68 mASL).
