A recent survey in Lake Crescent indicated that the quality brown trout is still improving. The Service has maintained relatively highwater level through screened releases from Lake Sorell. With water temperatures cooling rapidly, once again these large fish can be found moving into the shallows which should provide fishing opportunities through March - April 2015 for anglers prepared to put the time in to catch a trophy trout.
