Hydro Tasmania will be commencing vegetation management works at Brumbys Creek in the vicinity of Fisheries Lane, commencing in the week of 18 April 18 2016.

Access to the creek banks and waterways within and upstream of the area known as the Duck Pond will be closed to unauthorised persons for the duration of the works, expected to be in the order of 6-8 weeks. The car park and boat ramp at the Duck Pond will be closed.

Fisheries Lane will remain open to enable access to the creek downstream of the Duck Pond area.

It is hoped that the amenity of this area will be improved by these works which include removal of derelict structures and weeds.
