The new season is almost here and as of today you can buy or renew your licence for the 2016 – 17 season so you can start fishing on the 1 August HOWEVER most of the waters open on 6 August (check the code here).

Go online now and purchase your licence here but be sure to choose the right season

• 2016 - 17 if you’re getting ready for the new season by buying or renewing your licence
• 2015 - 16 if you want to make the most of the 36 days left in this season which closes on 31 July. You can still fish the all year waters like Craigbourne Dam, Lake Barrington and Huntsman Lake amongst others (see the fishing code for full details here). Short term licences are available

In the new season we challenge you to try some new waters that aren’t fished as much as they could be.  Why not try Lake Mackintosh, Lake Rosebery, Lake St Clair, Lake Wayatinah, Lake Catagunya, Lake Repulse, Lake Cluny or Lake Pedder

Keep an eye on this website for spots that are fishing well and other information like angler access and fish stocking.
