Come & try your luck at Trout Weekend!

The ever-popular junior angling pond will be part of Trout Weekend once again this year.

If you are under 14 years you can try to catch a trout to take home for dinner. Fishcare Tasmania volunteers will be on hand to provide advice, hints, tips and help to junior anglers.

You will be able to fish for 10 minutes before moving on to allow the next person in line to try their luck.

 If you are lucky enough to catch a trout you are welcome to keep it or release it.

There are 12-tagged fish, if you catch one of these you will win a prize generously donated by 42 Degrees South Real Estate.

Trout Weekend 2018 is on this Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 May.
