Over 5000 rainbow trout were released into Meadowbank Lake today. These fat fish will provide some great fishing.

In the past few weeks rainbow trout have been released into waters close to population centres including Lake Kara, Brushy Lagoon, Lake Dulverton and Craigbourne Lake. This compliments the transfer of thousands of wild adult brown trout into waters around the state. For more information on where fish have been transferred go here.
